Prior to despatching orders, our quality control inspectors examine your order to ensure there are no identifiable quality issues including presentation and packaging

What’s the return and refund policy?

If on receipt of your products you identify faults then please contact us without delay. Understandably, we will need evidence of any fault issues with photos or videos in support. We can either replace products or refund your orders. Depending on our findings and the agreed remedy, we may require the products returned to us

Do you give a warranty on your products?
